11-05 EC2 Tenacy

EC2 has three levels of tenancy:

1. Dedicated host

• Server lives in full rack and you have control of the physical attributes

2. Dedicated Instance

• Server is one of many inside a rack

3. Default

• Like an instance but disappears after reboot
